1. General conditions of sale

These general terms and conditions, which may be revised at any time, apply to all of our sales of products and services in metropolitan France exclusively (for foreign countries, consult us), the additional mentions existing on any other document, prospectus or catalog having only an indicative value. Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these general conditions of sale.

2. Price

The prices invoiced to the customer are those in force on the day the order is recorded, less any discounts, rebates and rebates applicable to the order. The prices offered by the publisher are established in Euros including VAT, excluding shipping costs.

3. Terms of payment

Our prices are inclusive of VAT and contributions to packaging and postage costs are requested for metropolitan France. We do not currently provide shipments to overseas territories and abroad. In the absence of payment, penalties equal to one and a half times the legal interest rate in force on the date of the order will be applied from the 1st day of delay. 4. Deliveries 

We retain full ownership of the products until effective payment of the full price in principal and incidentals. However, our goods always travel at the risk and peril of the recipient, who must himself safeguard his rights vis-à-vis the carrier, whoever he is, by making all the usual reservations with him at the time of their reception. . Registered orders are delivered as soon as possible. Any shipping or delivery date stipulated in this document is only given as an indication, exceeding deadlines cannot give rise to damages, withholding or cancellation of orders in progress and do not give right to the buyer to cancel the sale or refuse the goods. We cannot be held responsible either vis-à-vis the customer or third parties for any direct or indirect damage whatsoever, resulting from any delay, loss, deterioration or any error in the execution of the order, and this , for whatever reason. In the event of a stock shortage, any order may be subject to partial delivery and additional deliveries.

5. Force majeure 

We cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract concluded in the event of out of stock or unavailability of the product, force majeure, flood, fire, disturbance, total or partial strike, in particular postal services, means of transport and/or communication.

6. Complaints-returns

You have a period of 7 clear days from receipt of the order to return products that do not give you satisfaction in perfect condition. We then undertake to reimburse you for your purchases, the return costs remaining at your expense. If the products, upon receipt, prove to be defective or non-compliant with your order, the return costs will be refunded to you on presentation of proof. Any claim or dispute must be made, under penalty of forfeiture, by registered mail within 7 days of delivery or invoice. After this period, the products delivered will be deemed to comply with the order in terms of quality and quantity. In the event of non-receipt by the customer of the works ordered, this period is extended to 1 month and runs from the date of issue of the order.

7. Confidentiality of personal data 
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have a right of access, rectification and opposition to personal data concerning you. 9. Jurisdiction

This contract is subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
