1. General conditions of sale

2. Price

6. Complaints-returns
You have a period of 7 clear days from receipt of the order to return products that do not give you satisfaction in perfect condition. We then undertake to reimburse you for your purchases, the return costs remaining at your expense. If the products, upon receipt, prove to be defective or non-compliant with your order, the return costs will be refunded to you on presentation of proof. Any claim or dispute must be made, under penalty of forfeiture, by registered mail within 7 days of delivery or invoice. In the event of non-receipt by the customer of the works ordered, this period is extended to 1 month and runs from the date of issue of the order.
